How do I deposit funds?
To deposit funds into your Regular or ISA account you will need to make a bank transfer. The money must be transferred from a UK bank account that has been verified by us. It is essential you enter your ISA or Regular Payment Reference which can be found by selecting Manage Funds in the top navigation bar and then Deposit.
Please note!
You will only be able to deposit funds into your Housemartin account if you have passed our AML and bank verification checks and an FCA mandatory 24 hour cooling off period after creating your account has passed.
How long does it take for my funds to arrive?
Deposits are processed as soon as they are received, including at weekends and bank holidays, and normally take around 10 minutes to process.
Due to anti-money laundering requirements any deposit over £10,000 will take one business day to be credited due to the additional checks required although we will acknowledge receipt of funds in around 10 minutes.
Can I deposit from any bank account?
We only accept funds from UK bank accounts we have verified. We do not accept any other forms of payment.
Where are my deposited funds held?
Your funds are held in a client money account in accordance with FCA rules, segregating investor’s funds from Housemartin’s corporate bank account.
Can I see my pending deposits?
Yes, you can see deposits pending AML checks on your Dashboard.
