How do I exit my investments?
Investors can exit their investments in two ways, by either selling their holding on the Exchange to other investors, or voting to sell the property in an investor majority vote.
What are the platform trading fees?
There are no trading fees on the Exchange.
Do I have to sell at the buy price?
No, you can list your investment for sale at your own asking price.
Can you guarantee liquidity?
No. Whilst you can advertise your investment for sale to other users at any point, there may not be anyone willing to buy at your asking price.
How is interest handled when I sell?
Interest is not split pro-rata. The full interest payment for the month goes to whoever holds the loan part on the date of distribution. If you sell mid-month, you will not receive interest for the days you held the loan during that period; the right to that interest passes to the buyer.
